If you are a small, medium, large, government or non-profit organisation who is registered under the ABN, you can place an advertisement listing current vacancies. Third party recruiters like agencies and training organisations may advertise and promote jobs through the Job Centre.

How does Frontier assess students before referring them for a job post or vacancy?
First, Frontier discusses the vacancy with the employer to understand their basic requirements, then discusses the requirements with the appropriate student to determine suitability before referring them to the employer or recruitment agency.
Can I hire for senior management positions as well?
The Job Centre caters to positions of all levels, depending on availability of vacancies and suitability of candidates.
Do we have to pay a fee to be connected with potential employees?
Use of Frontier’s Job Centre is free to employers, recruitment agencies and Frontier students.
What if we find a student/individual referred by Frontier to be unsuitable after hiring? Does Frontier take responsibility for finding a replacement?
